ZONE SPEED PHASE PROGRAM  

Speed : The ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible. Examples: Speed is important in sprinting, speed skating, sprint cycling and sports such as tennis when a player has to move forward quickly from the baseline to reach a drop shot close to the net.

Sports science is a discipline that studies how the healthy human body works during exercise, and how sport and physical activity promote health and performance from cellular to whole body perspectives.

 Zone Performance Speed Certification

Developed Certification 

Zone Performance certification is a certification offered by the International Sports Sciences Association. The Sweat Zone course is a general training course that teaches qualified individuals how to work with the public as speed coach. The program is generally respected in the fitness community.

Is ISSA Accredited? Yes. ISSA has five accredited exams, including that of Certified Personal Trainer. ISSA is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC), which the Department of Education recognizes.

 

Both the ISSA CPT and ACE CPT are NCCA accredited fitness certifications. The NCCA stands for the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, which is the gold standard for ensuring quality standards across many distinct types of certifications across multiple industries.
