ZONE PERFORMANCE TRAINING 

Zone Performance is our training program at Sweat Zone for young athletes looking to improve speed, agility, efficiency, and power. Our multi-phasic methodology focuses on functional training exercises that build on each other through the progression of the program. Our trainers have both personal and professional experience in sports as athletes, coaches, and trainers and know what it takes to excel amongst the best. 

DETAILS

Who: Athletes ages 10-19.

​

How: We offer group, semi-private, and private sessions. Group classes are limited to 15 participants. Semi-private sessions available for 2-4 people. Private sessions are 1 on 1. 

​

When: Group classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6:30pm. Semi-private and private training sessions are scheduled at a time that works best for the athlete(s) and the trainer.

​

Where: All training occurs at Sweat Zone located at 750 E Pyle Ave #110, Las Vegas, NV 89183

​

1. What ages are able to participate in Zone Performance?
We primarily train athletes ages 11-21 however we can train athletes as young as 10 years old. We perform an assessment on the younger athletes to ensure they are developmentally ready to handle our training program. 


2. Are groups split up by age/ability/sport?

The short answer is no. Group classes may have athletes of all ages or sports. Our trainers plan sessions for a group setting accounting for the diversity of needs and abilities and are able to flex if needed. If there is pairing that occurs during a group setting, attempts are made to pair athletes appropriately. We believe athletes benefit from this diversity including challenging less experienced athletes to a higher level, instilling leadership qualities in more experienced athletes, and exposure to training methods of other sports.

3. What sports do you help train?
Our training methodology is great for virtually all sports. We currently train athletes who compete in sports ranging from football to basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball, and track and field but are always looking for other sports. 


4. What if my athlete does not have any prior strength training experience?
That's okay! There always needs to be a starting point so we welcome athletes with no experience with open arms. We will start with an assessment to see where they are currently at including developmental maturity, strength, and flexibility then come up with a plan for a training plan that would be most appropriate and beneficial for your athlete.


5. Do I need to find the other people in the semi-private group?
Nope! You can either find your own group of 2-3 athletes or have us help place you in a group. We will take athlete age, experience, schedule availability, and goals into account when placing into a group. 

6. Will you train my team?
Yes! We are certainly open to team training. We would need to have a discussion about the team size, experience, goals, schedule, etc. 

7. Do you have a sibling discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for the second sibling and 25% for the third and additional siblings.

8. Is there a referral discount? 

Yes, you will receive a $5 credit to your account for every referral who mentions your name upon signing up. 

9. Do you train during the season?
Yes we do. However, we understand that schedules are full and many coaches may not want you to train over and above what is already planned for the team. Because of that, most of our training takes place in the off-season. We are always willing and ready to train throughout the year to provide any additional training.

10. Can parents or non-athletes train?

Absolutely! While Zone Performance is for younger athletes, we train everyone at Sweat Zone regardless if you are an athlete, former athlete, or never even participated but are raising or simply love an athlete. We offer private training as well as small group classes. We would love to have you in to talk about all of our training options. You can reach out via phone at
