At Sweat Zone, we specialize in small women's training classes with just 4-5 participants per session, giving you the coaching, accountability, and attention of private training at a fraction of the cost. Our structured weekly program includes 3 lower-body days and 2 upper-body days, helping you build strength, lose body fat, boost confidence, improve how your clothes fit, and feel athletic again. Using heart rate technology, nutrition tracking, progress photos, and quarterly transformation challenges, we keep you accountable and motivated every step of the way. Whether your goal is fat loss, feeling confident in a swimsuit on vacation, or becoming the strongest version of yourself, Sweat Zone provides the coaching and support to get you there.

Private, personalized workouts with a dedicated trainer to focus on your goals and progress.

We partner with venues across Las Vegas to host Sweat Zone group workouts throughout the year. From locations like Fontainebleau to community spaces, we bring our women’s strength and HYROX-style training to different environments, helping more women experience our style of coaching, community, and performance training outside the gym

Small Class Training

Intimate group-class Hybrid training sessions combining strength & cardio for women in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

Train with Sweat Zone from anywhere. Our online training app gives you access to the same structured workouts, coaching style, and strength programs we use in the gym so you can follow our training and stay consistent no matter where you are in the country

Online Training

Access workouts and resources through the SZ Track app (on Apple Store or Google Play) if you prefer to train from home or can’t make it to the studio.

Evolt 360 / Nutrition

Body-composition scanning (via Evolt 360) plus nutrition guidance to track progress, monitor results, and support healthy habits.
