REFUND POLICY

All sales for services, including memberships, classes, training sessions, and digital offerings are final and non-refundable. No credits, transfers, or extensions will be issued or missed sessions or unused services. Merchandise purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided items unworn, unwashed, and in original conditions with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all merchandise returns. Sweat Zone reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these condtions.
