About the event
The Las Vegas Marathon is the premier and city-signature road running event for the City of Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Marathon will return on January 10, 2027. The event will offer three distances: a marathon (26.2 miles), a half marathon (13.1 miles), and a distance unique to the local Las Vegas area code (7.02 miles).
The event will start and finish from Las Vegas' tallest building, the STRAT, race through the most legendary stretches of the Strip, and experience the electrifying Fremont Street and the beauty of Springs Preserve. Every mile has been intentionally designed to deliver a course that is unmistakably Vegas.
